USCF uses commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion. However, no security program is 100% secure, and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

USCF retains your information for as long as reasonably necessary for its legitimate purposes, to provide the Website to you, to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Your Rights and Choices

If you no longer want to receive our newsletters or other promotional communications, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions that are included at the bottom of each message. Please note that if you unsubscribe from our promotional communications, you may still receive administrative messages from us.

Your California Rights

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about the collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months and the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. USCF may have disclosed any of the above categories of personal information pursuant to an individual’s consent or under a written contract with a service provider for a business purpose in the past 12 months.

Children’s Privacy

The Website is not intended for nor directed to children under 13, and USCF will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. We request that children under 13 do not provide information to us through the Website.
