Data Security and Retention

USCF uses commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion. However, no security program is 100% secure, and thus we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

USCF retains your information for as long as reasonably necessary for its legitimate purposes, to provide the Website to you, to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. If you would like us to delete your personal information, please follow the instructions in the “Your Rights and Choices” section below.

Your Rights and Choices

If you no longer want to receive our newsletters or other promotional communications, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions that are included at the bottom of each message. Please note that if you unsubscribe from our promotional communications, you may still receive administrative messages from us.

Your California Rights

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about the collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months and the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Please note that we are only required to respond to two such requests per customer each year.

USCF may have collected the following categories of personal information of California residents who visited the Website in the past 12 months:

This information is collected and used for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy. USCF has not sold personal information of Website visitors in the past 12 months. USCF may have disclosed any of the above categories of personal information pursuant to an individual’s consent or under a written contract with a service provider for a business purpose in the past 12 months.

Children’s Privacy

The Website is not intended for nor directed to children under 13, and USCF will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. We request that children under 13 do not provide information to us through the Website.

Information for Users from Outside the United States

The personal information that we collect through or in connection with the Services may be transferred to and processed outside the country of your residence, for the purposes described above.
